In it a judge posits: "-If the defendant pleads not guilty and the jury finds him guilty, he will go to jail. -If the defendant pleads not guilty and - the jury is unable to reach a verdict, he will go to jail to await a new trial. -If the defend ant pleads not guilty and the jury finds him not guilty, he and the jury will be publicly defamed and condemned by the district attorney. -If the defendant pleads guilty he will be sentenced to time served and will go free. -HOW DOES THE DEFENDANT PLEAD?" The defendant answers: "-GUILTY! WHO NEEDS TROUBLE?"
