1973 Tennis cartoon published by Kimberly-Clark consumer products corporation. Designed by R.L. Mueller. The cartoon shows an angry female tennis player wearing a badge that reads "Ladies Tennis Club Libber". A "libber" (or "libbie") was a slang term, often used pejoratively or dismissively, for a woman involved in the Women's Liberation Movement (also known as Women's Lib) in the 1960s and 70s, referring to someone who sought equal rights, opportunities, and autonomy for women in society.
